There are no refunds. Please be completely certain that you would like to proceed before making payment.

Voxer Information:
** Cassie is not in Voxer on weekends or on Empire Day (Wednesday's).
** Please be direct with your questions in audios and aim to keep audios around 2-5 minutes in length when possible.
** Please make sure to tag Cassie in all messages (including audios) that you would like her to respond to. If you do not tag Cassie in you message, you may not receive a response from her.

Private 1:1 Call Information:
** Private calls are up to 30 minutes, audio only (no video) and done through Facebook. It is your responsibility to call Cassie at your scheduled time. She will not call you.
** If you need to reschedule your call, you must contact TeamCassie via Facebook or email to give at least 24 hours notice.
** Cassie will wait 5 minutes for you to call. If you do not call by that time, your call is forfeit. (Please let Cassie know directly if you do not need a call that day or if you will be late.)

Group Call Information:
** Group calls are held twice per month.
** Call days and times vary.
** Call times will be between 9:30am - 3PM EST. Calls outside of these times are not available.
** Calls are held in Zoom. You will receive Zoom details the day of the call via email OR in the group Voxer chat directly.
** Calls are video, but you are welcome to leave your camera off if you prefer.
** Calls are up to one hour in length.
** Calls are for hot seat Q&A, which means you can come on to ask questions, as time permits.
** If time does not permit, you will be unable to ask a question on the call, but you can then always ask your questions in the group Voxer.

Additional Information:
** Access to the Inner Circle gives you all evergreen programs & classes currently in the vault, as well as any new content that is shared during your time in Velocity. You will continue to have access to the Inner Circle until the last day of your time in Velocity.
